About Us

Dimitri was born in Greece, where he was raised in a hard working family of business owners. There he began putting together a vision for his own business. Dimitri began working in restaurants over 32 years ago; working three jobs to save up for his first restaurant. In 1987 he opened his first locations in Northwest Indiana. Throughout the years his customer base grew due to his reputation of having some of the best service and quality food in the Chicagoland Area. This fueled the need to expand the business and take his vision to the next level, striving to find nee ways to serve you better.
